In a traditional recipe, the delicate candy floss strands are actually pulled sugar, and the strands can be found in a rainbow of colors. Ours floss is, however, specially formulated to balance the level of sweetness to satisfy your palate even more! The crepe is fairly thin, and the color green comes from the pandan leaf (also known as pandanus leaf) which is a delicacy in South East Asia.
