Mezzo emphasizes the Healthy Cafe Concept. We use specially formulated Mezzo Milk as an ingredient in Coffee, Tea, Cocoa, and other drinks; it has almost 20% of Milk Powder, does not contain Trans Fat, and has Low Cholesterol. Other brands normally use Condensed / Evaporated Milk, and Creamer (Coffee Mate) as their main ingredients. Our ultimate goal, is to promote coffee beans grown on the peaks of Northern Thailand; in a Healthy Concept. Therefore, all beverages, dessert, and bakery are free from Trans Fat, Condensed Milk, and Creamer. We use 100% butter in all bakery, dessert, and snack items. So that our customers may enjoy the delicious taste, as well as the healthy benefits!
